About the Permit Process
The dock permitting process typically takes three to six months. Permits submitted this Spring would allow for a dock install in Fall/Winter 2023. Permits are typically not needed for any dock/beach remodel above the ordinary high water mark. For structures, permitting takes approximately five to nine months from the date of submission.
